Kazakhstan plans to sign a Transit Trade Agreement (TTA) with Pakistan
In direction to give productions a legal foundation, Kazakhstan plans to sign a Transit Trade Agreement (TTA) with Pakistan. This would be completed in combination with an agreement between the banks of the two nations to substitute partnership in the banking industry.
The Kazakhstani ambassador, Yerzhan Kistafin, expressed business people at the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), "Kazakhstan objectives to sign a TTA with Pakistan which is very vital as it will bid the merchants of both countries with a legal agenda to enhance profitable relations."
He added, "We also intend to sign an agreement between the National Bank of Kazakhstan and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to establish a legal framework for cooperation in the banking industry.
“This will open up a lot of avenues for Pakistan as it
will not only provide a gateway into Kazakhstan but will also open doors to the
Central Asian Republics (CARs),” he said.
